Joint Pain Physical Therapy
Move with more comfort and confidence through personalized care for arthritis, joint injuries, stiffness, and persistent shoulder, hip, knee, or ankle pain.

What to expect from joint pain physical therapy
Joint pain does not always mean you need to stop moving. Dr. Linda evaluates the joint, nearby strength and mobility, and the activities that are difficult for you. Your plan may combine hands-on treatment, range-of-motion work, progressive strengthening, and practical activity changes so you can keep doing more with confidence.
Your care may help you
- Decrease joint pain and stiffness
- Improve comfortable range of motion
- Strengthen the muscles that support the joint
- Modify activity without giving up the things you enjoy
- Understand your options and when medical collaboration is useful
