Dry Needling
Add functional dry needling to a personalized physical therapy plan to address muscle tension, pain, and restricted movement when the technique is appropriate for you.

What to expect from dry needling
Functional dry needling uses a thin, sterile filament needle to target sensitive areas in muscle and connective tissue. Dr. Linda first evaluates your symptoms, movement, and goals to decide whether it belongs in your care. When used, it is paired with exercise and movement retraining so the session addresses both how you feel today and what you need to do next.
Your care may help you
- Decrease muscle tension and sensitivity
- Improve comfortable range of motion
- Make movement and strengthening easier to tolerate
- Address stubborn trigger points within a broader rehab plan
- Support progress without relying on medication
